Murat Şahinoğlu
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Murat Şahinoğlu is the CEO and has served as Vice President on the Board of Directors since co-founding the Company in 2000. Prior to Bizitek, Murat was a founding member and CEO of Tradesoft, a software development and consulting company specializing in financial software applications.

Murat started his career with Koç Holding upon graduation, and was selected for Koç Holding’s Management Trainee Program.

Murat has years of leadership experience in building a successful company and the vision to position Bizitek as a leading player in the Global Marketplace.

Murat holds a Masters in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boğaziçi University.

Murat is the board member of Software Industrialists Association (YASAD) and Computer Software Sectorial Assembly member of The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB).

Kerem Erdem
Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Kerem Erdem is the Vice President of Bizitek and has served as a member on the Board of Directors since co-founding the company in 2000. Prior to Bizitek, Kerem was the Software Integration Manager with Probil and held the position of Software Development Manager for Tradesoft. Before joining Tradesoft, Kerem held the position of Software Engineer with Intertech and a Software Engineer and Project Manager with Human and BIS.

Kerem has extensive knowledge in the areas of software development and coordination and management of multidisciplinary teams. Kerem has been critical to the successes of Bizitek.

Kerem has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Engineering from Boğaziçi University.

Bora Köse
Vice President
Sales and Marketing Director

Before joining Bizitek, Bora was an Integrated Services Sales Manager with Probil. Between 1997 and 2004, Bora held various positions with KoçSistem including Product Manager, Telecommunications Sales Manager, and Mobile Applications Manager. Bora was awarded The Most Valuable Employee for Entrepreneurship with Koç Holding in the 2003.

Bora brings years of Sales and Marketing experience and is vital to generating revenue for Bizitek.

Bora Köse has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Yıldız Teknik University.

Biricik Hısım
Vice President
Director of Project Management

Biricik Hisim helped develop and build the Project Management Office. Biricik worked in Finance as a Project Manager in Organization and System Development, and as a Foreign Trade Specialist with Akbank. Prior to her position with Bizitek Biricik was a Software Project Manager for Probil.

Biricik has years of organizational and project management experience in the financial industry and is critical to successful Bizitek customer interactions during project implementations.

Biricik has a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Management and International Relationship from Boğaziçi University.

Galip Kırmızı

Software Group Director
Human Resource Management (HRM)

Galip Kirmizi is a cofounder of Bizitek and manages the team responsible for developing Human Resources Management applications for corporate clients. Before Bizitek Galip was the Manager of Treasury Management Solutions with Tradesoft. Previous to his work with Tradesoft Galip was a Software Engineer with Intertech, a Project Manager, and Manager of Software Development with Human and BIS.

Galip has years of experience in Software Development and Corporate Operations.

Galip has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Ege University.

Murat Özkan

Projects

Murat Özkan is a co-founder of Bizitek. He manages the project development teams.

Prior to Bizitek, Murat managed the division responsible for building Portfolio Management Module, Online Banking and other Internet based solutions for Tradesoft.

Murat plays an integral part of Bizitek’s competitive advantage in the technical arena and ensuring that business requirements are achieved.

Murat has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Boğaziçi University.

Yusuf Kasavi
Vice President
Software Group Director
Research and Development

Yusuf Kasavi is a co-founder of Bizitek and currently manages Research and Development (R&D) Department responsible of building the core applications and developing new technologies, Support Department responsible of delivered projects and also Software Quality Assurance Department. Yusuf previously worked for Tradesoft as the Manager of Fund Management solutions, and as a System Analyst for BIS.

Yusuf is a critical asset to Bizitek with his extensive knowledge in development of financial and business process automation applications.

Yusuf holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Sinan Bostancıoğlu

International Projects

Sinan Bostancıoğlu is a cofounder of Bizitek and manages the CRM applications development team responsible for Branch and Channel automation, Business Partners Management, e-Purchasing, Mobil Campaigns, and Sales Automation Solutions.
Sinan lead the technical team during the development of CRM solution Emptor which started as a joint product of Bizitek and Arthur Andersen. Prior to founding Bizitek Sinan was a Manager of Risk Analysis and Branch Operations Solutions with Tradesoft.

Sinan has years of hands-on experience and knowledge in all CRM solutions and related activities.

Sinan holds a Bachelor of science degree in Computer and Controls Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.

Erhan Ayyıldız
Software Group Manager
General Sector

Erhan Ayyıldız started his career as the Software Project Manager with BIS-EGS and afterwards worked for Tradesoft as a Software Engineer. After completing his military service, Erhan joined the Bizitek family with the main responsibility of infrastructural development of Emptor, Bizitek’s CRM solution. During his employment in Bizitek, Erhan took part in many Emptor projects as the Senior Technical Project Manager. He was promoted to Software Group Manager in 2008. Erhan has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Engineering from İstanbul University.

Süha Türkmenoğlu
Software Group Manager
Telecom Projects

Süha Türkmenoğlu started his career in 1997 as an e-commerce software developer. Until 2001, he took part mainly in the financial industry-specific projects such as Credit Card, ATM and Online Banking. After working in the Denizbank Online Banking project, he joined Bizitek with the main responsibility of developing Emptor, Bizitek’s CRM solution. Beginning with 2002, Süha became responsible for the management and implementation of the Emptor projects in Turkcell. SFA (Sales Force Automation), PRM (Partner Relationship Management), Channel Management, and Roaming Operators Management have gone live in Turkcell under Suha’s supervision. He was promoted to Software Group Manager for Telecom projects in 2008. Süha has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Engineering from İstanbul University.
