As a member of TeleManagement Forum (develops widely accepted BSS/OSS standards for telecoms and media companies,
www.tmforum.org), Bizitek’s Emptor Telco has been built based on the globally accepted NGOSS (Next Generation
Operations Systems and Software) procedures and standards such as eTOM (Enhanced Telecom Operations Map), SID (Shared
Information/Data Model) and TAM (Telecom Applications Map). This membership helps Bizitek to have in-depth understanding
of the industry and its related processes. Bizitek develops its products and their accompanying functions and processes
in accordance with the NGOSS standards.

e-TOM Compliant Processes
Emptor Telco specifically addresses the business support system (BSS) requirements of the telecommunications industry according to the e-TOM compliant processes.
Data Model Standardization with SID
Emptor Telco’s conformance to standards specified in TMForum’s SID standardizes the data model and eases the integration between applications (e.g. billing, etc)
Compliance to TAM specification
Emptor Telco is structured to comply with the BSS application landscape and
its components as defined in TM Forum’s TAM specification.
