Emptor Telco provides functionality to define, optimize, and execute marketing campaigns.
After the campaign definition step, the target customers or customer segments can be defined
on the system. This target list is used as the eligibility rule of the offering. The Campaign
Management module also enables target lists to be imported from other external systems.
The authorized users can define a new campaign in the system with the related details such as
the campaign name, code, duration, description, budget, etc. Marketing campaigns can have monetary
or quantitative targets such as to acquire new customers or reach projected revenues. Target attainment
can be monitored in the system through reporting.
Offerings and campaigns a customer can take benefit of are automatically displayed on the customer
card to the Customer Representative and communicated to the customer when applicable.
Furthermore, tickets to be processed in the call center for outbound telesales purposes can be
generated by the campaign management module. These tickets can be imported to a predictive dialing system.
