Emptor Telco - Customer Information Management

Emptor enables the 3600 view of the customers from lead to cash by providing all customer-related information from a single point. All previous customer transaction history, including requests / complaints, activities, proposals, orders, contracts, billing, communication and demographic information are displayed on a single interface. This information is categorized (contact data, bank info, orders, requests, etc.) and displayed as links on the customer card.

 


3600 Customer View

Business entities can be in one or more roles in Emptor Telco. Being a customer is one of these roles; hence a dealer can also be customer of a company. This flexible structure enables a contact person working in a corporate customer to be a customer at home. Addresses in customer management are managed centrally. Customers can have one or more billing accounts. The details of the customer which are relevant for invoice, loyalty and commissioning calculations can be passed to the billing application.

The system supports both retail and corporate customers. Corporate customers can have a customer hierarchy and it is possible to define communities for corporate customers. Corporate customers can have contact persons who are defined to them.
